Android port of the game is advised to be played on low graphics. 

You can't create custom deck due to lack of UI for scrolling through the list cards, same applies for deck during gameplay and canceling ability use and card placement.(Fix in the next patch)

Edit: custom deck and custom cards aren't working at all due to differences in file storing.
